Our workouts are designed for every body. Whether you’ve been exercising for years or are brand new, our classes are structured to ensure you are challenged without compromising safety or form. Our health-focused workouts are ideal for those looking to manage their weight, prevent/ manage chronic disease, or to improve their strength and aerobic capacity. Personal training with Lindsay is a great fit for anyone who has a major injury/condition that requires careful monitoring or major modifications during exercise; who has a mental health concern that makes working in groups difficult (ex. depression, anxiety); or, who is recovering from injury and wants to have supervised exercise sessions before moving into community fitness.
If back pain is making it difficult for you to perform activities of daily living (ex. gardening, vacuuming, laundry, getting into a car), or to maintain/progress an active lifestyle, this 90 – 120 minute session was designed for you. After identifying the movements that cause pain, Lindsay will work through each specific one with you to eliminate pain or to create pain-free modifications. Whether you experience back pain while you back squat or while you prep dinner, Lindsay can help you create a pain-free life.
Lindsay works with a diverse group of patients to help them achieve their health goals. Appointments can be made on an as-needed basis (this works well for weight loss check ins, rehabilitation/chronic disease management, or lifestyle interventions), or on a recurring basis (personal training).
