This program is designed for adults 55 years and older who want to a fitness routine targeted towards healthy aging. Coach Jordyn will help you work around your barriers (ex. sore knees, bad backs) to ensure you can be strong at any age! All fitness levels and injuries welcome!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am for 6 weeks
