You don’t have to leave your home to get a well-coached, expertly designed workout! Our coaches create workouts that can be done with or without equipment so that you can still manage weight, prevent/manage chronic disease, and/or improve your fitness without entering a gym. Classes take place over Zoom so that you still receive the support, motivation and accountability that a group provides. Can’t attend a live class? Recorded demonstrations of each workout are made available to members.
Your trainer doesn’t need to be beside you to provide you with effective, customized workouts! Personal training is an ideal option for anyone who has a major injury/condition that requires careful monitoring or major modifications during exercise; who has a mental health concern that makes working in groups difficult (ex. depression, anxiety); or, who is recovering from injury and wants to have supervised exercise sessions before moving into community fitness. Sessions can be done with or without equipment.
Kinesiology and Rehab
Lindsay works with a diverse group of patients to help them achieve their health goals. Appointments can be made on an as-needed basis (this works well for weight loss check ins, rehabilitation/chronic disease management, or lifestyle interventions), or on a recurring basis (personal training).
