Lindsay has been providing evidence based, effective care in the Brampton community for over 10 years in a variety of capacities. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology, a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion, is the co-owner of TrainMeFit Brampton, and is a Registered Kinesiologist. As part of her schooling Lindsay completed multiple internships with Dr Melanie Abbott-Cambridge and Dr Edward Cambridge in which she learned how to provide patient-centred, reliable health care. One of Lindsay’s favourite things to do is myth bust common nutrition misinformation and show patients that they can eat the foods they love and still lead a healthy lifestyle. Her personal experiences with persistent post concussion syndrome and low back injury inspired her to continue her education in these areas. She now strives to fill a gap in the healthcare system that she knows exists for these patients. Lindsay also knows there is a lack of effective, compassionate care available to individuals with obesity, so she participates in continuing education that allows her to help and advocate for these patients. Lindsay combines her strong background in exercise science with her clinical knowledge to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
