Join the **Men's Powerlifting Academy**, a strength training program tailored for beginner to intermediate lifters. Led by former NFL athlete **James Edward Hardgrave III**, this program combines expert coaching with structured, proven strength-building methods to help you achieve your goals.  

Program Highlights:

  • Cycle through highly effective and recognized powerlifting and strength programs such as Starting Strength (5x5), Wendler’s 5-3-1, Smolov Jr., and more, ensuring consistent progress and variety.
  • Master essential powerlifting movements like back and front squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows.
  • Enhance performance with targeted core and glute accessory work for well-rounded strength.
  • Receive personalized modifications for injuries or unique needs.
  • Bonus: Catch Monday and Thursday Night Football during class for the ultimate training and sports experience!

- Mondays and Thursdays | 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
