What to Expect in Each Class

Your coach will guide you every step of the way! From warm-up to cool-down, you’ll receive hands-on instruction to ensure you perform movements safely and effectively. Each session includes:

- Warm-Up & Movement Prep: Get your body ready to lift with targeted exercises.
- Weightlifting Workout:  Focused strength-building sets with personalized guidance.
- Injury Modifications: Work around prior injuries with safe adjustments.

Movements We Focus On

In these classes, you’ll perform a variety of foundational and functional movements, including:

- Back and front squats
- Deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts (RDLs)
- Bench press
- Rowing and pulling variations
- Overhead presses
- Glute and core-focused exercises

What’s a Rich Text element?

Static and dynamic content editing

How to customize formatting for each rich text
